Stasis Estates was founded in 1983, at a time when actual, real and registered companies dealing with property developing where only a handful in Pafos. We have grown into a company involved in the developing, building and operation of residential, commercial and leisure projects. Our initial activities involved developments of residential and commercial projects in central areas of Kato Paphos. These areas include Peyia, Saint George, Sea Caves, Coral Bay, Tala, Agios Neophytos, Pafos Town and suburbs to mention just a few. Only a few years later, in 1990 we designed, constructed and since then operate the Avlida Hotel.
This luxurious 4 star 200 room hotel, carefully designed to the highest standards with two restaurants, three bars, extensive lounge area, large swimming pool with rock formations, lazy river, conference facilities and boasts one of the best locations in the Pafos area. We accommodate our inspection visit customers but also arrange greatly discounted accommodation for our off-plan buyers who wish to visit their future home during construction.
